Reviewer comments: Why We Use iPowerWeb Hosting: We have had a chance to fully test iPowerWeb over the past three years by actually hosting several of our own web sites with them (yes, we pay for hosting too.) No hosting service is perfect, but we feel like iPowerWeb is among the best overall in terms of pricing, features, customer service, and reliability. While times for their toll-free support can often reach 20-30 minutes during off-peak hours, we found that they conisistently responded within 5 minutes to calls place during normal business hours, 8-6pm Pacific Time, when they maintain a support staff of over 40 people.
