fast and always has the answer. Answered all my questions on average in less than 12 hours via email and ticket. Fast reliable hosting - no problems with load times, DNS errors, or down time. Unmatched Control Panel features that are the best I have seen in affordable hosting. The only downside I can think of is, the host does not have any tutorials online for the control panel and the documentation is slightly dated. But, if you know anything about Apache server management, and virtual hosting you will not have a problem with the easy to use interface. On the other hand, if you are new to this environment you will be drowned with information and may feel overwelmed, that is where the excellent support staff come in to save the day and happily help solve the problems. 99.9% uptime guarantee(or your next month free), and a satisfaction guarantee to boot!
