20m has improved remarkably; since, the old days when there were free websites and unlimited email. Almost seemed too good to be true. I prefer the paid route and a more reliable host. 20m has definitely improved, but as they make improvements for the customers (free/paid) there is some serious down time. Sometimes down for 24hrs. When 20m is up and running, performance is good. They also added extra "MIME" support. Previously you had to email support for certain mimes to be recognized by the server. One great feature is that you can reset Front Page Extension through the control panel. You can also choose between FTP and FrontPage Extensions through the control panel. With many other companies, you must call technical support for this service. Something more hosting companies should follow the lead of 20m. The present POP/Web email is very convenient compare to the old web email system. I would like to see better performance for the CGI servers; especially, regarding their "form to mail". On good days "form to email" is instant. Other times it could be several minutes, hours, day...or never receiving you form mail. Overall 20m has greatly improved in the past 2 years; however, downtime though not always a problem makes me use this as mainly a hobby site.

I signed-up, created and edited today. Very simple and straight-forward. Requires some HTML coding experience to "spruce" things up beyond the basic / default templates. But there are some great tools and features and overall the experience and results are very favorable. A very clean and acceptable service from 20.com.

This service is awesome,....I have had never problems with 20m.com. It is also 100% free, this is good when you just have to place on the web for a short period of time. It is also quite fast to access.
