I was very unhappy with Bizhosting.
Service basically did not exist. It always took 3 to 5 days for priority support to
respond. They promised upgrades and new features so the site that they never delivered.
Emial was extremely unreliable. If you scan their user forms you see many complaints
about email getting lost. It happen to me frequently.

Try to reach them! There is no toll free number for them in Utah and thier email forwarding is going to a non-existent alias.

I’ve been with Bizhosting for more than a year. I have found their features and tools to be outstanding! This company offers everything you need to create a custom fully operational ecommerce website. Concerning their customer service, they have had some challenges in providing timely response; however, they recently made improvements in this area including adding an 800-telephone number.
