not very good. I just cancelled my account from globat.com after only 3 days used it. The reason is I can not install MySQL database. Believe or not, they don't want to give me back my $30 for set up fee althrough they advertise 30 days money back with Risk Free. Actually, it is risk. Once you sign it, you need to pay at least $30.

What a joke. My server was slow all the time and down at least 5 to 10% of the time. I had problems I've never experienced with any other host, like our e-mails not going through to anyone with a yahoo address. Support was not helpful at all, they just tried to get me off the phone. I sometimes went days without service. After 6 months fighting with them, I finally just ate the 2nd half of my annual prepay and went somewhere else for reliable service. Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely the worst web host I`ve ever dealt with. They offer virtually no support, and their frequent outages and lack of backups ended up costing me three months of my time, two years of data, and hundreds of dollars. Stay away. You`ve been warned.

My needs are simple. I am a film composer that needs to send files back and forth with my clients. I've run into so many issues with downloading files via FTP. I can't download larger files, it times out. I called, the tech in some who knows what country, knew nothing of how to resolve this problem, I asked to speak with a manager and the support guy rambles on and refuses to let me speak and hangs up. Double negatives here..have a problem that shouldn't be an issue and then horrible support. I will be working on changing hosts and am anxious to spread the word on how horrible Globat is. DO NOT use this host. In fact, you will be given "offers" to upgrade and if you don't reply to decline the "offer" your service will be upgraded automatically and you will be charged for it! INSANE! I had to spend hours battling over two years of upgrades that yielded of hundreds of dollars that I didn't agree to and have it pulled directly out of my account. DO NOT USE THIS HOST, You will regret it as I have, be smarter then me and take my advice.
